Job description
PROJECT COORDINATOR
Working directly with the Site Superintendent, the Project Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the successful execution of projects by coordinating various activities, ensuring effective communication between team members, and maintaining project documentation.

Responsibilities - Assist management in planning, scheduling, and coordinating labour and equipment
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts and change orders
- Prepare daily reports that accurately tracks site progress, events, and other relevant information
- Assist in resolving project issues and conflicts as they arise
- Ensure all company policies, procedures and safety requirements are executed and adhered to
- Monitor training and safety requirements, ensure re-certification is completed as needed
- Monitor equipment maintenance and reporting
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the successful completion of projects
Requirements and Qualifications - Two years of related experience
- Knowledge or project management, flowcharts, technical documentation, etc.
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Organized, self-disciplined and high attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Office and Adobe Acrobat
- Must possess a valid class 5 driver’s licence and clean driver’s abstract
Location : This position is based out of the Highland Valley Copper Mine near Logan Lake, British Columbia.
This is not a camp position; employees provide their own transportation to/from the job site.
