Production Foreman (Evenings)

Our customer manufactures commercial and industrial warehousing solutions. They are looking for a Production Foreman on the evening shift.

• Manage a team of 20 employees under your responsibility, train and coach staff, evaluate staff and discipline as needed;
• Ensure tasks are completed on time;
• Coordinate workload, reallocate labor to the most important priorities throughout the shift;
• Ensure quality of the work and make regular reports to the department head;.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety practices, plant policies and procedures;
• Maintain the department inventory;
• Ensure the maintenance of the department's machinery and equipment;
• Drive the forklift (standing and seated) as needed.

Requirements:

• Diploma or pertinent experience (in a manufacturing environment);
• Experience managing production employees;
• Proficient with MS Office and computer tools;
• French.
