We are looking for an Assistant to join our Marketing Team. This role requires strong familiarity of all core aspects of email and social media marketing such as: digital marketing, list maintenance, email marketing software, analytics, and internal communications. We are looking for people who are driven, committed, and who are passionate about what they do. You need to be extremely detail oriented, organized and be able to work well in a team environment.
Job Description
As an Assistant on the Marketing Team, your role would entail:
- Working closely with the Marketing Manager to implement integrated social media and email marketing campaigns
- Publishing marketing content, including graphics, articles, videos, and other formats
- Assisting with coordinating internal and external email communications and notifications throughout the year
- Updating and maintaining website, marketing, and sales automation platforms and other internal systems
- Assisting with the planning and execution of both Digital and In Person Events
- Providing ongoing support for various marketing activities
Job Requirements
Must-have:
- A minimum of 2 years' of applicable experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- Knowledge of professional communications
- Familiarity with video content creation and web maintenance
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a team environment
- Ability to work in person full-time
