That's good news! We got the perfect job for you! We are looking for a Field Foreman for our Deer Lake site. Your leadership and sense of responsibility makes you the ideal person for this position. OVERVIEW OF THE WORK:
• Responsible of supervising the activities and employees related to the field to maximize the harvest and ensure the safety of the premises;
• Plan operations according to the temperature and monitor the condition of the equipment;
• Have a good ability to work in team, a sense of responsibility, able to make important decisions.

CANDIDATE PROFILE :
• You have experience working in the fields;
• Mechanic or farm equipment knowledge (an asset);
• You are able to complete reports;
• You have a good ability to work in a team and a great sense of responsibility;
• You are able to prioritize and organize yourself;
• You have already supervised a team (an asset).
