SUMMARY
As Norheim Ranching expands, we are seeking an administrative coordinator to join the team. Collaborating closely with the Controller and the Operations Manager, you will oversee day to day administrative functions regarding data entry and management. Your key responsibilities will include handling Accounts Payable, conducting data entry to support Parts & Service functions, and managing whole goods inventory data. This role is perfect for an individual who is passionate about working with data and thriving in a collaborative team environment.
Responsibilities will include:
· Payroll – tracking vacation days, benefits, working with WCB, etc.
· Oversee all insurance and SGI registrations.
· Oversee all government programs/grants.
· Inventory – enter new whole goods into the system, location transfers.
· Data entry and administer expense reports.
· Assisting with administrative duties in the service department as required
· Additional duties may be required.
REQUIREMENTS:
Education and Experience:
· An Accounting or Administration diploma or certificate.
· Administrative, including Data Entry and/or Accounts Payable experience.
· Previous experience in a customer service role.
· Knowledge of farm equipment, parts, systems, and services is considered an asset.
· Technology savvy, proficient with Microsoft Office suite and software tools.
Skills and Competencies:
· Strong written and verbal communication with high attention to detail, accuracy, and organization.
· Take the initiative and work collaboratively with others in a team environment.
· Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and prioritize tasks.
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload.
· Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
