Processing Coordinator
Etobicoke, ON

$54,000 - $55,000 salary

In this role you will be responsible for the processing of quotations, orders, and administrative projects for all customers. You will provide support for a large manufacturer in the packaging industry.

Responsibilities:

• Provide daily support to the field sales representatives and customers.
• Act as the primary liaison between other departments, team members and customer issues.
• Support the sales team with accurate and timely quotations.
• Coordinate with outside vendors about new and on-going projects.
• Proofread factory tickets to ensure that production will have accurate information when running orders.

Requirements

• A High School Diploma.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role.
• Must be well organized, manage time well and capable of adjusting to company goals.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Corel Draw.
• Must have courteous and polite communication skills.
