Looking for a bright energetic person with a very positive attitude.
-Supervise and co-ordinate activities of kitchen staff who prepare and cook meals according to Houston pizza standards.
-Being able to perform all kitchen station broiler,fryer,salad and pasta station including maintenance and sanitation.
-Reinforce Houston pizza standard procedure.
-Maintain record of stock,cleanliness, equipment temperature,and wastage.
-Fast paced working environment.
-Train new kitchen staff.
-Ensure food quality control
