The House of Commons Digital Services and Real Property is currently looking to staff the position of Information Management, Manager (Product Delivery, Manager).

Are you ready to Manage the Information Management Program for the House of Commons? Join us at the forefront of digital innovation as a manager. In this role, you will manage the continuous education and evolution of our organizations Information and Data Governance initiatives. As the Information Management Manager, you'll be instrumental in shaping the future of our digital landscape bringing best practices and awareness to our key stakeholders on information governance capabilities such as information life cycle, architecture, information security and privacy, information sharing, metadata management, data analytics, master data management, content, and document management capabilities. Building and maintaining robust stakeholder relationships is paramount; you will support our partners and stakeholders to understand their information needs and ensure the right balance between flexibility and agility for data governance policy instruments according to business value and the needs of HoC. You will manage and provide advice and support to a team of analysts who are responsible for the delivery of policies, training, and advice on information and data governance capabilities. You will operate governance bodies, ensure information/data risks, issues, and breaches are managed, as well as manage the cultural shift to an information-driven organization by driving acceptance of policy instruments at multiple levels within HoC.

Lastly, you will monitor and report on the information management program performance and maturity and identify requirements and translate the Information Management strategy into actionable work for the development of a roadmap and annual plan. Managing resources and budgets will be a critical aspect of your role, contributing to the formulation of long-term business plans and budgets.
