Job description

Schedule: Mon-Fri 1600-0000 (24/7 availability Required)
Location: Kitchener
Pay rate: $24.42
Training pay rate: $16.55

Manage access as well as access cards through the computer system
Oversee real time security operations of multiple guards
Troubleshoot and escalate/communicate operational or staffing issues to site management
Review work being performed by the team for quality and accuracy
Conduct regular roving patrols of the site
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in the use of a Chromebook
High-level White Glove Customer service
The ability to work in a stressful environment in the event of an incident
Document all interactions and notable events
A valid security guard license and first aid card
Minimum 1 year of Shift Supervisor experience in Security
Available to work flexible hours
Have a clear criminal background
Be eligible to work in Canada
