CGI is seeking an experienced Senior MS Dynamics Developer to join their team in Victoria. The ideal candidate will be experienced in both a project and support capacity, able to work face to face with clients, mentor more junior resources and drive architectural solutions.

Your future duties and responsibilities
• As part of a development team perform Estimating, Design, and build solutions to meet client objectives and vision.
• Participate in Design and Leadership of Dynamics 365 Projects to fulfill client business requirements and meet strategic goals
• Work collaboratively with clients and delivery teams to gather and document requirements, and contribute to solution design
• Participate in Proof of Concept exercises with clients and help them navigate the journey from business needs to solution
• Participate in team environment and setting standards for delivery, best practices, etc.
• Mentor more junior team members where appropriate
• Manage and fulfill service requests
• Provide analysis of system defects as and when required
• Undertake root cause analysis and problem investigation
• Liaise / promote and foster good working relationships with clients and other CGI teams
• Understand / adhere to quality / security standards and processes applicable to the role
• Acquire and enhance technical knowledge of supported applications / systems
• Analyze, design, build, test and implement enhancements to existing systems and/or new applications
• Build and maintain technical documentation, and contribute to project deliverables where applicable
• Provide estimating services to clients and other CGI teams

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
Essential Skills:
• Experience working as part of an Agile delivery team including estimating (T-Shirt, Planning Poker, 3 point, etc.), task creation, design/develop/test cycle, and Scrum ceremonies;
• Effective customer relationship, confident client facing and interpersonal skills;
• Motivated / driven / pro-active

Technical Skills:
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience with MS Dynamics CRM (preference for enterprise class or cloud business systems)
• Experience with Integration, Web Services, Customizing and Extending MS Dynamics

Nice to Have Skills:
• Experience and certifications with Power Platform
• Experience and certifications with Azure
• Experience and certifications with Microsoft 365

CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors including but not limited to skill set level, geographic market, experience and training, and licensure and certification. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range in British Columbia is $75,000 - $150,000.
