Job Description

As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from initial planning and design to final completion. You will work closely with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the design and development of car dealerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full-cycle construction process, including budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and subcontractor management.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop project plans and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure timelines and milestones are met.
• Conduct regular site visits to inspect work, address any issues, and maintain quality control.
• Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders, including clients and senior management.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience managing full-cycle construction projects.
• Proven experience in the design and development of car dealerships is highly desirable.
• Strong technical skills and a firm understanding of construction software and applications.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.

Location: This role will be based out of Pickering, ON.
