JOB SUMMARY :
Reporting to the Corporate Director of Communications and Marketing, the Communications Advisor, Digital Marketing, plays a crucial role in achieving the objectives of Vitalité Health Network. The advisor’s mission includes developing and implementing innovative, results-oriented digital communication strategies to support the brand reach, recruitment efforts, loyalty-building and engagement of Vitalité Health Network with patients, staff, partners and communities.
REQUIREMENTS:
- University degree in communications, journalism, public relations or marketing and at least five years’ relevant experience in the field; Candidates possessing the equivalent in training and experience could also be considered
- Excellent writing skills with proven expertise in multimedia content creation and the use of content management tools in French, and fluency in English
- Knowledge and understanding of health sector issues
- Ability to effectively manage several files under pressure
- Knowledge of social media and its use in organizational communications
- Coordinate the development, production and dissemination of communication tools, thus providing effective deployment of defined strategies
- Manage and develop digital content, including writing, creating visuals and collaborating with the teams involved to ensure relevance and quality
- Analyze the performance of digital communication initiatives using adapted metrics, thereby analyzing the impact and proposing strategic improvements
- Familiarity with Web platforms and graphics and video editing software
- Rigour along with strategic and analytical abilities
- Creativity, innovativeness, openness and flexibility
- Collaborative spirit, resourcefulness and engagement
- Motivation to pursue performance excellence and continuous improvement
- Valid driver’s licence with travel required
- Good organizational sense and recognized teamwork abilities;
- Excellent computer skills in software use such as Microsoft Office;
- Ability to travel on a regular basis for the position;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Physical ability to perform the assigned work;
- Good work history (performance and attendance);
- Adherence to professional ethical principles, the Network’s management philosophy, and organizational values;
- Compliance with the rules of confidentiality set forth by the Network.
