Medical Office RNs - 3 Openings!

Join Our Team as a Registered Nurse at our New Windsor Office!
Are you a passionate and dedicated Registered Nurse looking for a new opportunity? We have three exciting openings at our New Windsor office, each offering a unique practice. Join our team and contribute to delivering exceptional patient care in a supportive environment.

1. RN Clinical Lead

» Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm (start time may vary located on endo procedures, occasionally starting at 7:15 am).

» Pay Range: $41-$43 per hour.
As the RN Clinical Lead, you will play a crucial function in superviseing clinical operations, ensuring the highest standards of patient care, and leading a dynamic team. If you have leadership abilities expertise and a passion for delivering quality healthcare, this job offer is perfect for you!

2. Per Diem RN - Endo

» Employment type: Per Diem

» Workdays: Vary from one to two per week.

» Shifts: 10-hour shifts.

» Pay Range: $42 per hour.
Join our Per Diem RN pool and enjoy the flexibility of working on a casual basis. This is an excellent opportunity for those seeking a work-life balance while contributing to the delivery of exceptional patient care.

3. RN Temporary - Endoscopy

» Employment type: Temporary, up to 2 months.

» Focus: GI Endo procedures.

» Rate of Pay: $48 per hour for the first 2 months. If the position transitions into a per diem function, the rate of pay will reduce to $42 per hour.

» Weekly Schedule: Varies between one, two, or three days per week, with each day consisting of 10-hour shifts.

Basic Qualifications and Requirements for All Positions:

» Current RN License: Possession of a valid and unrestricted Registered Nurse license in the state of New York.

» Clinical practice: Proven practice as a Registered Nurse, with a focus on endoscopy procedures for the specific positions.

» Communication expertise: Excellent communication and interpersonal expertise to interact effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.

» Adaptcapability: capability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment, especially during endo procedures.

» Team Collaboration: Demonstrated capability to work collaboratively in a team setting, fostering a positive and supportive workplace culture.

» Critical Thinking: Strong critical thinking and problem-solving expertise to make informed decisions in various clinical situations.

» Flexibility: availability to adapt to changing schedules, including occasional early start times and varying workdays.

» Professionalism: Commitment to maintaining the highest ethical and professional standards in patient care.
