Job description
We are looking for a Part-Time Boutique Stock Specialist based at our Lansdowne boutique.
You will be responsible for controlling the stock and the handling of different products from the warehouse and boutique to ensure the delivery and presentation of Nespresso products.
Responsible for developing inventory-tracking systems, reviewing levels of supplies, ordering new materials, and performing a daily analysis.
Encourages team members, including communicating team goals, creating a culture of safety, and identifying areas for new training or skill checks.

Responsibilities
- Receive merchandise;
- Verify accuracy of incoming shipments;
- Ensure stock rotation following the FIFO concept;
- Give good customer service.
Qualifications
- Relevant experience in customer service (luxury industry, an asset)
Experience in a similar role;
- Being comfortable in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
- Being versatile, autonomous, available, open to change and flexible
- Health and Safety oriented;
- Excellent command of French, and professional English is a great asset
- Ability to work in a team
- Easy to adapt quickly to different types of customers and offer them personalized service
- Punctuality and exemplary assiduity
Preferred Qualification:
- Strong interest in our product and in coffee in particular
