Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Executive Assistant with a background in business administration, preferably holding an MBA, to support our management team. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing multiple projects, streamlining administrative processes, and enhancing our operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact between the management team and internal/external clients.
- Organize and maintain the management team's calendar, schedule appointments, and arrange meetings/conferences.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Provide comprehensive support to the management team, including scheduling, correspondence, and project management.
- Facilitate project planning and execution, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
- Utilize project management software such as Trello to track progress, assign tasks, and communicate updates.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and data analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operation and alignment with company goals.
- Manage confidential information with discretion and integrity.
Qualifications:
- MBA or equivalent degree in Business Administration.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably in a healthcare or pharmacy setting.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Trello, Asana) and MS Office suite.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with the healthcare industry and pharmacy operations is a plus.
Compensation package:
- Salary range of $70,000-$85,000
