Job Description

Under the supervision of the supervisor, the incumbent will be responsible for carrying out non-specialized maintenance and repair work on our buildings. The position holder will therefore have to:

• Travel to various AIM locations in Quebec; (Can go to Sherbrooke, Sorel)
• Carry out repairs to walls, floors and ceilings;
• Repair and installation of doors (locks, handles, hinges, etc.);
• Carry out carpentry work;
• Carry out minor work (plumbing, painting, changing light bulbs and neon lights, etc.); Installation of air conditioning units and water heaters;
• Miscellaneous installation (shelves, hooks, etc.)

Qualifications

• Minimum experience of 3 to 5 years in a similar job;
• Valid class 5 driving license;

Skills sought:

• Great manual skills;
• Good physical condition ;
• Resourcefulness and autonomy;
• Good customer service;

Additional Information

• Permanent, full-time position, 100% job security guaranteed;
• Class 5 driving license required;
• Schedule Monday to Friday; (6 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.)
• Overtime paid at time and a half after 40:00.
