WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:- Coordinate day-to-day maintenance and support for buildings and grounds
- Coordinate team activities and train new staff members
- Prioritize tasks, provide guidance, and ensure a safe work environment
- Conduct inspections to uphold high facility maintenance standards
- Lead by example, fostering cooperation and effective communication
- Collaborate with other managers to drive operational excellence
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:- Machinery expertise and experience in facilities management and maintenance
- Previous experience leading a team, preferably in a manufacturing setting
- Proven ability to multitask, plan, and prioritize effectively
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build partnerships
- Post-secondary education in mechanical or manufacturing fields
