Bilingual Customer Service
Bradford West Gwillimbury, ON

$24.00 - $25.00 per hour

Monday to Friday day shift
Flexible hours

In this role you will perform a variety of functions and interact with wholesale customers and end customers. Your positive and professional manner will contribute greatly to the Customer Service Team.

Responsibilities:

• You will answer incoming calls from customers regarding orders and e-commerce purchases.

• You will process orders/returns, very customers, and process forms.

• You will resolve inquiries regarding customer orders.

• You will interact with customers in a professional manner.

Requirements:

• You have a high school diploma or post secondary diploma.

• You are fully bilingual in English and French.

• You have previous customer service/call centre experience.

• You are proficient in Microsoft Office and have excellent computer skills.

• You are able to work in the office full time within a team environment.

• You have excellent problem solving skills and customer service mindset.
