The Opportunity

This position is responsible for the day to day activities relating to accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit card administration and some involvement with month end financial reporting. This will include ensuring payments, invoices and other key transactions are processed timely and accurately. In this role, you will interact with vendors, auditors and employees at all levels in the organization, while strictly adhering to privacy, taxation and governance rules.

Graduation from a three-year Business Management (Accounting) diploma program from an accredited post-secondary institution is required. Prior experience with accounts payable and receivable, sales taxes, contracts/purchasing and Great Plains would be considered an asset.

You are a team player with strong interpersonal, communication, customer service and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and work independently in a computerized environment.

Compensation is as per the current Collective Agreement.
