What we are looking for
DeckMart is looking for a creative and energetic Marketing Generalist to join our Woodbridge team. As Marketing Generalist you will be responsible for increasing brand awareness external visibility and rapport with customers. The ideal candidate will have an energetic personality with a high sense of creativity and attention to detail.
What you will be doing
- Managing social media accounts to create engaging content that will increase brand awareness and drive traffic.
- Designing brochures to display products effectively.
- Visiting job sites on a regular basis to create and enhance relationships with contractors and clientele.
- Staying uptodate with social media trends and changes in algorithms to adjust strategy and tactics.
- Designing DeckMart merchandise.
- Help design and build booths for trade shows.
- Planning and coordinating seasonal promotions events and information sessions.
- Understanding the overall customer base and plan marketing approach accordingly.
- Implement new ways to increase brand exposure and awareness.
- Create and execute email campaigns.
- Create company newsletters to send out to potential customers.
- Assist in maintaining company website.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Two years of experience in the Marketing field.
- Strong social media presence.
- Strong sense of creativity and attention to detail.
- Proven experience in social media marketing with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability and willingness to learn about the products DeckMart offers.
