Since opening in 2014, MeeT has grown quickly to three busy locations, each garnering praise and awards, including Best Neighbourhood Restaurants in Yaletown / Gastown / and Main St in Vancouver and Best Vegan Restaurant in Vancouver (2019-2021 Georgia Straight Golden Plates).

Beyond opening new locations, we have been developing our retail business and aspire to bring our famous sauces to grocery stores nationwide.
For our Assistant Kitchen Managers (Sous Chefs), that growth presents opportunities to grow into Kitchen Manager and eventually operations/regional management-level roles, travel to open locations in new markets, with a special focus on training, developing and mentoring future leaders.

What We Offer:
Compensation Breakdown:
- Base salary is $45,000 - $55,000, depending on experience and performance.
- Tip-share amount for KMs is approximately $10,000 per year – with arguably the best tip sharing system for cooks you've ever seen.
- Our posted compensation range at minimum includes salary + tips.

Requirements:
- 2+ years of full-service kitchen management experience.
- Warm, friendly, focused, professional, inclusive disposition and presence.
