We are looking to strengthen our rapidly growing team with the addition of a Senior Adoption Specialist. This position is part of the Digital Collaboration team that enables and accelerates modern workplace productivity and collaboration adoption, promotes awareness and usage of digital collaboration and productivity apps and provides end-to-end support, through the delivery of modern digital experience across:

 

 

 

 

Reporting to the Manager of Digital Collaboration, the Senior Adoption Specialist plays a lead role, designs and develop the strategy and plan in promoting awareness and usage of Microsoft 365 digital collaboration and productivity solutions, and in adoption of digital workplace technologies to increase workforce digital dexterity, collaboration, and productivity across the Provincial Government, Nova Scotia Health (NSH) and IWK.

 

This position leads, creates, designs, and executes the strategy and plan for workplace enablement processes, adoption process and leading multi-disciplinary team members focused on ensuring that employees have the motivation, permission, and knowledge to fully exploit and embrace modern technologies.

Qualifications and Experience
