Job description
Adecco is currently seeking applications for a Tool and Die/CNC Associate position within a leading Tier One supplier of welded automotive component parts. Successful candidates will have a proven track record in machining complex, high-tolerance components and should be adept at working with minimal supervision. Effective communication and collaboration with other departments are crucial for success in this role. Candidates with a background in a manufacturing environment are preferred, and a valid Tool & Die Maker license is mandatory.
Responsibilities:
Participate in all aspects of routine die maintenance programs
Support trouble report countermeasure activities
Strive to meet both external and internal customer quality requirements
Utilize all shop equipment and hand tools related to the tooling trade
Engage in mass production level-up and die modification flow
Ensure dies are performing at the expected level
Requirements:
College Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Technology
Tool & Die Design knowledge
Valid Tool & Die Maker license
Minimum 5 years of experience in Tool & Dies
CAD experience
Proficient in computer skills
CNC Programmer/Operator experience
