Job description

This is a contract position for a Training Specialist for our public sector client.
Work location: Downtown Toronto
Duration: Twelve Months
7.25 hours/day
This is a Hybrid role that requires the candidate to be onsite 3 days of the week (This is a mandatory requirement of the role and is non-negotiable outside of exceptional circumstances.)

Responsibilities
Design, development, and review of the education and communication strategy curriculum and training documentation for all HSPs implemented on the MIS and HRIS solutions
Online Learning Management System support and document maintenance
Provide guidance of the design and development of training and communication materials for working groups, information sessions, stakeholders and other subject matter experts
Facilitate working group and information sessions both internally and externally to gain understanding of educational training needs in a variety of formats
Create, manage, and publish project and department communications through the approval process

Consult and facilitate the delivery of technical training relating to MIS and HRIS software and reporting needs in conjunction with other resources, including legislative, and pandemic requirements
Follow industry best practices, processes, and policies that are required to maintain and support privacy and security requirements.

Qualifications
Experience with MIS Solution Report modifications to meet the reporting needs of healthcare client
Proficiency with MIS, OHRS standards, MMS (Materials Management System) is desired
Proficiency with HRIS Quadrant application, HR, Payroll, Scheduling, Leave Management and QSS modules is desired.
