Our client, a large and growing company, is looking for its brand new full-time customer service representative today!

Permanent or temporary position (as needed)
Salary between $18/hr and $20/hr
In Laval, 100% face-to-face

Responsibilities
Responsibilities for this Customer Service Representative role are:
- Answering customer questions via phone, email, chat
- Problem resolution (after-sales service) and complaint handling
- Take and follow up orders
- Customer retention through exemplary customer service

Qualifications
Qualifications for this Customer Service Representative role are:
- 2 to 5 years minimum experience in a customer service role
- Perfect bilingualism (English, French), as many of our customers are outside the province.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, SAP software an asset
- A dynamic and empathetic personality
- Ability to multi-task
