Food Counter Attendant

Job description

Expected duties are as follows:
-    Taking Guests orders.
-    Using appliances such as ovens, coffee brewers, cold and hot beverage dispensers.
-    Rinsing and portioning of vegetables, portioning deli meats.
-    Slicing and coring tomatoes, slicing cucumbers, and placing them in stainless steel inserts.
-    Using knives and scoops to prepare guests orders in a food safe manor.
-    Building and wrapping guests orders for take out and dine in service.
-    Delivering the guests orders to the pass through or directly to their table.
-    Receiving payments through our POS system.
-    Stocking under counter refrigerators and all smallwares and paper products.
-    Regular cleaning of cupboards and counters including our stock area.
-    Sweeping and mopping every shift including dinning room and production areas.
-    Unpacking and organizing supplies from our walk-in refrigerator and dry stock area.
-    Cleaning and sanitizing guest tables and seating throughout the shift.
-    Emptying garbages in our lobby and the exterior garbages.
-    Operating a dishwasher, including loading, and unloading and organizing dishes and smallwares.
-    Correctly filling the three-compartment sink, washing large pots and utensils by hand.
-    Clearing guest tables.
-    Filling sauce bottles and re stocking the sandwich station.
