Overview
A well-known charity are looking for an Executive Assistant to work with the CEO in their Kingston office. They are looking for an experienced EA ideally with experience of working for a not-for-profit organisation.
Salary: Up to £30,000
Duties
- To provide efficient administrative support to the CEO and Executive Team
- Managing diaries, including managing calendar of appointments
- Arranging details travel plans
- Creating and producing itineraries, agendas and compiling documents for travel related meetings
- Managing the teams’s inboxes, prioritising and delegating emails to their relevant individuals
- Where appropriate, responding to emails on behalf of the CEO
- Communicating directly, and on behalf of the CEO with Board members
- Collating meeting packs
- Responsible for the management of the main reception area and receptionist
- Other general ad hoc duties as required by the CEO and the Executive Team
Requirements
- Previous experience within a similar role is essential
- Experience working for a charity or not-for-profit organisation would be a major advantage
- Outstanding organisational skills
- Previous experience of diary and inbox management
- Flexibility and a willingness to get involved in different areas of the business
