Salary From: $94,355 - $117,944

About the role

The Manager, Campus Recruitment & Partnerships will join the Talent Acquisition team to drive attraction of top talent that meets the needs of current and future demands of the organization with a focus on building talent pipelines.

On a practical level, you would:

Major Responsibilities:

Design and implement WSIB’s Campus Recruitment strategy and programs.

Function as champion of the “Student Lifecycle”

Monitor and evaluate relevant data on the student programs, which includes conducting market research/analysis and marketing to improve attraction/interest.

Student transition programming & co-curricular experience

Identify, engage with, and establish positive communication and relationships with prospective institutions and industry and their staff and representatives with the goal to ensure that WSIB is seen as an employer of choice and information is available directly and indirectly to potential recruits who are in the process of making post-secondary educational or career upskilling decisions.
