Job description

Our client in the West Island of Montreal is currently looking for administrative coordinator. The administrative coordinator will be responsible for coordinating with different departments throughout there global company. They need, someone who is organized, meticulous and able to multitask. . You will find appropriate solutions to issues and problems and provide complete and accurate solutions in an efficient timely manner.

Salary 65,000-70,000$ (Bases on experience)

Responsibilities
Responsibilities are listed below but can have other tasks if required:
-Place orders in SAP
-Enter all invoices, follow up with tracking and tracing of shipments
-Extracting data and creating spreadsheets
- Data Entry and administrative support
-Social media (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and Linked In etc..)
- Create presentations as needed
-Writing up reports for the teams
-Planning team meetings and coordinating within the company
-Light bookkeeping when needed for a team in Germany.

- Support the office manager on any other tasks as needed.
-Entering PO's in the system

Qualifications
Qualifications
-English with a functional French
-Someone with an SAP background
-Good administrative skills
-Experience working in an office setting
-Good writing skills
-Word, Excel, Outlook experience
-Social media savy
-Very meticulous and organized
-Excellent data entry skills
-Agricultural experience an asset
- Good communication skills
