Yukon Nissan is currently seeking an enthusiastic individual to fill the role of Finance Manager. We are looking for a positive and self-motivated person who enjoys dealing with a wide variety of people every day.
GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITY
Reporting to the Dealer Principle, The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all F&I department operations to ensure both customer safety and satisfaction, as well as overall departmental success. A key priority for a Finance Manager is to instill brand/dealership loyalty and ensure a positive customer experience. The Finance Manager has excellent communication skills and is able to listen and discern as well as manage the entire F&I department process. The Finance Manager focuses on the big-picture without missing any of the details and delivers consistent positive results. The Finance Manager sets an example as an expert in their field setting a high standard of service for all aspects of the customer experience. A Finance Manager upholds the dealerships’ standards and values so that the customer is fully satisfied through every interaction with the F&I Department. As a team player, the Finance Manager fosters positive relationships with team members in all areas of the dealership.
NATURE AND SCOPE
Be effective in project management in the F&I and Sales department:
· Oversees all aspects of the F&I Department; vehicle financing and insurance to customers and providing them with a thorough explanation of aftermarket products and extended warranties and a complete explanation of manufacturer and dealership service procedures and policies.
· Ensures good working relationships with new lending institutions and maintaining good working relationships to secure competitive interest rates and financing programs.
· Assist and ensures that process is followed ensuring all financing and leasing deals are accurate and secure through financial sources and through the proper federal, state and corporate channels.
· Understanding and complying with federal, territorial and local regulations that affect the new and used-vehicle and finance departments.
· Overseas the creating and maintaining of program for the F&I department and the sales department that will ensure all new sales are referred to the F&I department.
· Overseas the training and ensures that the F&I department and sales team have information on finance and lease programs and the benefits of the dealership’s financing and extended service programs.
· Working directly with the Dealer Principle and Sales Manager (s) to ensure seamless service and a positive customer experience.
· Be an excellent collaborator · Maintain good working relationship with lending institutions.
· Maintain effective employee relations.
· Attend manager meetings as required.

QUALIFICATIONS
Experience
· Strong product knowledge.
· Valid Driver’s License
· Ideally two (2) years minimum as a F&I Manager
