Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced ICI Project Director to join a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction operations, with extensive experience in managing multiple ICI projects at a senior level. As the Project Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of projects, leading and mentoring mid-sized teams, and ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities: - Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple ICI construction projects from inception to completion.
- Provide strategic direction and guidance to project teams, ensuring alignment with company objectives and client expectations.
- Effectively manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to optimize efficiency and profitability.
- Foster a culture of safety, quality, and collaboration among team members and subcontractors.
- Oversee risk management and mitigation strategies to minimize project delays and disruptions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Stay abreast of the latest technologies, trends, and best practices in the construction industry to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in ICI construction, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects at a progressively senior level.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving project goals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software and other relevant technologies.
- Knowledge of applicable codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- PMP or equivalent certification is an asset.
