The Technical Project Manager at OpusVi is a vital role responsible for overseeing the successful execution of client-facing technology products. This role requires strong project management skills and a deep understanding of technology development processes. The Technical Project Manager will work closely with multiple Tech Product Owners to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet or exceed quality standards.

Core Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with Tech Product Owners to develop and implement project plans for various client-facing products.
• Lead and manage the entire lifecycle of technology projects, from conception through deployment and support.
• Ensure clear communication and collaboration across different teams, including developers, designers, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project completion.
• Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans, budgets, and timelines.
• Facilitate regular project meetings and provide updates to stakeholders on project status, milestones, and potential challenges.
• Implement best practices in project management and adapt to evolving project requirements and constraints.
• Resolve conflicts and handle issues swiftly to minimize impact on project timelines and quality.
• Manage project resources, ensuring optimal allocation and utilization for maximum efficiency.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, encouraging team communication, cooperation, and cohesion.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, specifically in a technical or IT environment.
• Strong understanding of software development and technology project lifecycle.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Familiarity with the latest technology trends and software development methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.
