Customer Relations Representative

Eclipse Stores Inc., a growing Canadian retailer of women's clothing, with over 80 stores across Canada, is seeking a Customer Relations Representative to join their head office team in St. John's, Newfoundland. This position is full-time, permanent, and works the hours of 9:00am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday.

The Customer Relations Representative will provide support to Eclipse Stores Inc. stores, website and customers through phone, email and social media platforms. This role will also monitor and reply to comments on social media platforms and online reviews. This position will manage complex service issues and deescalate situations with customers. The position will also be responsible for the accurate processing of ecommerce orders.

This position requires someone who is able to communicate in a professional manner and work in a fast-paced environment. Required skills include:

• Must have customer service experience, including managing escalated customer situations
• University degree
• Proven customer service skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to perform data entry efficiently and accurately
• Excellent time-management and prioritization skills
• Strong team player with a can-do attitude
• Strong working knowledge of Word, Excel, and social media applications
