Medical Office Administrator

Job description
Responsibilities will include :
- Managing office workflow and physician relationships
- Interfacing with patients: greet patients, check-in for appointments, coordinate schedules and all booking related matters
- Answering busy telephone lines and schedule appointments and triage appropriately
- Making reminders calls for patients
- Maintaining office inventory, organization and supply ordering as needed
- Billing and reconciliations with OHIP
- Participating in other administrative tasks as needed
- 1-3 years minimum administrative experience
- Commitment to providing top quality patient care
- Excellent customer service skills
- Exceptional patient management skills with a high degree of professionalism and integrity
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, team environment
- Knowledge of office procedures or medical environment is an asset
