Description of the tasks:

· Meet with pre-qualified leads at their home and build rapport

· Gather the necessary information regarding their project

· Measure their property and take a grading plan

· Input the information into a 2D rendering software

· Build a custom proposal with the sales manager

· Deliver the proposal and follow up with prospect

· Work with sales manager to build custom contracts for projects

· Manage accounts through the sales process to completion

· Follow up with client to ensure satisfaction

Skills and Requirements:

· In home or outside sales experience or a background in landscape
construction industry

· Proficient with computer skills is a must

· Strong listening, follow up and closing skill

· Must be detail oriented, focused and a team player

Compensation:

· Option of 100% commission or base salary + commission

· Summer contracts available for students (April to August)

· Medical benefits plan

· Quarterly and annual bonuses based on performance

· Extensive time off in Winter months with pay (for salary position)

first
