Your daily role
Directly reporting to the Data Governance Manager, the Master Data Agent is a key member of the team. You work as the lead data specialist for MRO (maintenance, repairs and operations), as well as the data specialist for all of our other systems. You ensure that we achieve our objectives and operate at peak efficiency.
THE ROLE:
- Senior Data Specialist for Maintenance, Repairs and Operations (10%)
- Provide unformatted data to a third party company;
- Collect, validate and download formatted data from a third party company;
- Review, validate and upload MRO data.
- Support the data governance vision (70%)
- Review, validate and upload data for the following departments: Supply Chain (Transport) / Sourcing (Catalogs) / Sales, Marketing, I&D / Finance (tax codes, investments, cost centers, ledgers);
- Communicate with our suppliers and internal customers.
- Support data maintenance (20%)
- Perform required formatting to keep data clean.
Your profile - Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Rigour, organization and good use of office tools;
- Oriented towards the satisfaction and expectations of internal customers;
- Team player, motivated and detail-oriented;
- Mastery of French and good use of English;
- Relevant experience in data entry and data governance;
- Relevant experience in process management, an asset.
