Accounts Receivable Clerk

We are recruiting for an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our Finance Team. The primary functions of the Accounts Receivable Clerk are, but not limited to, customer billings in accordance with Terminal Contracts for each Customer, reconciliation of customer billings, ensure accuracy of billing for direct charges related to reported terminal and vessel activity.

An accounting diploma or similar with two years related work experience, knowledge of basic accounting principles and proficiency in Excel, Word and Adobe Acrobat is required. The ideal candidate will be a result driven individual with a high degree of attention to detail, able to follow policies and procedures, excellent organizational and time management skills and ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
