Who are we?
Located just minutes from downtown Montreal, Services aériens LUX inc [LUX Ground Services Inc] is a fast-growing company operating a FBO/Fixed-Base Operation service at St-Hubert Airport (CYHU). LUX also operates a terminal at Quebec City's Jean Lesage International Airport (CYQB).
Our parent company, Chrono Aviation, was founded in Quebec City in 2012. In its early days, the company operated a Pilatus PC-12 and employed two pilots. Today, Chrono Aviation has a fleet of 15 aircraft and a team of 280 employees.
Role and context
As a Control Agent, you will be responsible for ensuring the security of passengers and flight operations at screening checkpoints and inside and outside the terminal.
Specific job requirements
• Ability to interact with a diverse customer base (in French and English)
• Willingness to work part-time with flexible day and night hours
• Following schedule: Tuesday: 10am to 2pm, Tuesday: 10pm to 2am and Wednesday: 10am to 2pm
• Salary from $16.65/hour or according to experience
Key responsibilities
• Carry out passenger and baggage searches in accordance with current regulations
• Drafting of daily reports or offences following operations
• Enforcing the establishment's safety regulations
• Maintaining order and preventing any unrest, offences or theft of property
• Report all offences, incidents, fire hazards, patrol anomalies and any potential danger to the Head of Security

• Observant and vigilant, to detect any anomalies likely to compromise safety
• Easy to intervene quickly when needed
