Compensation

Position Description

This role involves leading human resources initiatives and working closely with business leaders in various departments or functions. The Senior Human Resources Manager will implement HR strategies in areas like Talent Management, Performance Management, Leadership Development, Employee Engagement, Change Management, and Compensation and Benefits.

The position involves managing recruitment for various levels, overseeing retention, legal compliance, payroll, communication, orientation, training, and certain administrative tasks. Occasionally, additional non-HR duties may be required.

Travel Note: You will be required to travel to other company sites in the Greater Toronto Area on a weekly basis, in addition to scheduled visits to western provinces.

Experience

Minimum 3 years’ experience in compliance related to Canadian employment laws and regulations.

Qualifications

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or Social Sciences with at least 5 years of progressive HR experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
