Reporting to the Director, Governance & Portfolio WEST-Alliance Office, the Change Management Lead drives and supports comprehensive change management programs in support of the WEST strategic initiatives. The Lead provides an understanding of the change continuum and acts as an internal consultant to the project team and organization bringing leadership to project goals and objectives; supporting programs and teams to enable people readiness and excellence in care and service in the future state. In addition, this position analyses change solutions, interdependencies and timing of change initiatives between the project and the organizations. This position also assists with the planning, implementation and monitoring the outcomes of change initiatives, and works closely with the project Communications team to ensure effective and efficient movement through the project life cycle.

Salary Range: $102,938 - $147,974 /year.  The starting salary for this position would be determined with consideration of the successful candidate’s relevant education and experience, and would be in alignment with the provincial compensation reference plan. Salary will be prorated accordingly for part time roles.
