With over 90 employees,
F/LIST CANADA is the company's first international location, established over 15 years ago, and is the center of excellence for high-quality wood veneers in the F/LIST Group. The location provides aftermarket services for business & private jets, produces interiors for Air New Market in North America and designs custom residential interiors
As part of our team you will...
- coordinate interior aviation projects , which entails tasks such as preparing/leading kick-off packages, participating in schedule reviews and tracking major milestones.
- perform active project management , leading problem resolution & ensuring clear communication to all team members.
- be the primary contact person for the customer , handling tasks such as conducting aircraft walkthroughs, receiving and processing purchase orders and providing project status reports.
- fulfill and monitor project goals , costs and key performance indicators.
- do billing of projects or orders including any modification costs.
- assist in creating sales proposals.
You're a good fit if you....
- possess a Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, business, or equivalent.
- have a technical understanding of drawings, aviation certification and proficient problem-solving skills.
- have industry knowledge in aviation and minimum 3 years of experience in project management.
- have experience in aircraft refurbishment is an asset, particularly in interiors.
- are a continuous learner who looks for direct feedback and takes charge of their growth.
- are independent , have entrepreneurial thinking and behavior.
- are highly solution and goal oriented.
