We are looking for Administrative Assistant join our team

Positions Available: 01
Wage Rate: $27.50/hour
Terms of employment: Full time, Permanent
Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible
Job duties to be performed are:
• Greeting and directing people to contacts or service areas.
• Scheduling and confirming appointments.
• Establishing and implementing office procedures.
• Answering and directing phone calls and emails.
• Arranging and coordinating seminars or conferences.
• Ordering office supplies if required.
• Performing any other office duties as directed.
Requirements for the position are:
Language: English
Education: High School
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in the field is required.
