Job description
Total Restoration Services Incis anaward winning, independent and locally owned flood and fire restoration company specializing in (24/7) emergency response, drying, remediation and reconstruction services.
A Project Coordinator’s primary responsibility will be to prepare and execute the overall construction work plan and schedule. As well as;
- Prepare and participate in meetings with customers, subcontractors, project team, building inspectors and consultants.
- Coordinate deficiencies in a timely manner.
- Maintain project awareness in order to keep Project Manager and others informed about status and potential project issues.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with trades
- Client service and customer focus to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers.
The Project Coordinator requires strong communication skills and an ability to multitask and must also ensure that everyone involved in a project is kept informed about all aspects of it, from start to finish. The project coordinator technical skills are very essential to succeed.
Qualifications
- Must posses excellent time management skills to produce an efficient workflow.
- Experienced professional background within the construction or restoration industry.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Must be a team player
