Job description
This Credit & Billing Coordinator is primarily responsible for generating of customer invoices/statements, attaching customer PO’s to their invoices, submitting weekly billing through customer portals, applying payments to customer accounts The incumbent is also responsible for ensuring that the standard operating procedures are followed and that the proper approvals have been obtained.
Located in South east Calgary and is in a transit accessible area

Responsibilities
-Running customer invoicing daily
-Running monthly statements for customer accounts
-Print/mail customer invoices/statements.
-Submitting invoices for customers through online portals
-Complete customer offsets and account clearings as needed
-Processing customer credit card payments and batching out machine
-Managing cash accounts to ensure they are in good standing(critical)
-Posting customers payments to accounts
-Setting up new accounts for approved customers
Qualifications
-2+ years in accounts receivable
-Cash applications experience is critical
-Experience with Sage accounting
