UX Design Manager Overview:
The UX Design Manager is responsible for driving and creating engaging user centered designs, wireframes, storyboards, flows and sitemaps to drive the customer interaction and the user experience for digital channels, including websites, mobile apps and other digital interfaces that satisfy user, business and technical requirements
UX Design Manager Responsibilities:
· Deliver unique design solutions that encompass the user, the product, and the experience for web, tablet, and mobile interfaces
· Work cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to ensure designs are consistent and customer pain points are addressed
· Create advanced sitemaps, wireframes user flows, prototypes, and high fidelity mockups with strong attention to detail
· Organize and present research and regularly test and improve upon solutions
· Remain current and up-to-date on emerging design and product trends
UX Design Manager Qualifications:
· 8+ years of UX/UI Design Experience
· Retail or Loyalty Experience
· Mobile and Web experience
· Experience working on complex web projects with public and secured experiences
· Proficient in UX/UI, wireframing, and prototyping tools, including Figma, Sketch, and InVision.
· Strong attention to detail, design communication and complex user flows
