Would you like to be part of one of Canada’s largest imaging organizations? We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Specialist to join our Human Resources Team.

With a focus on employee relations and HR management, the HR Specialist will be responsible for ensuring compliance with external employment regulations, serving as an expert resource. Responsibilities include supporting company privacy regulations and facilitating effective communication.

Responsibilities
In this HR Specialist role in Burlington, you will have the following responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Senior Leaders to relay HR-related legal requirements and compliance programs effectively.
- Stay updated on legislative changes, assess organizational impact, and communicate findings to stakeholders.

- Conduct internal reviews for compliance adherence, formulate policies for improved organizational compliance.
- Partner with Senior Leaders in delivering compliance programs and training; create and present related communications.
- Develop and implement health & safety policies and programs, in addition to actively participating in Joint Health and Safety Committee activities.

Qualifications
In this HR Specialist role in Burlington, you need the following qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in a Human Resources capacity with a focus on employee relations and human resources management
- CHRP certification
