Your responsibilities in a few words!

Carry out the monthly closing of the accounting units of the computerized software – Carry out the financial analysis of all general ledger accounts and produce financial statements and analysis of financial results vs. budget – Carry out liquidity monitoring and forecasting – Analyze costs by project – Produce the reconciliation of rebates annually – Produce monthly payrolls and government remittances – Analyze payrolls, produce annual statements – Issue company checks and bank transfers – Supervise the results of the inventory analysis – Prepare the presentation of the budget and financial statements to shareholders – Prepare the annual budget with the General Manager – Present the financial statements and analyzes at each meeting of the Board of Directors – Prepare the annual audit file and collaborate with the accounting firm.
