Our Clients fantastic Nursery in St Johns Wood NW8 is looking for an experienced and passionate Nursery Deputy Manager to join their team in supporting the day to day running of the setting alongside the manager. Supporting a 40 hr working week salary is up to 36k dep on experience. On great transport routes.

Requirements

Ideally you will have

Have a minimum Level 3 Qualification or equivalent in Early Years / Childcare

Have at least 3 years previous experience of working in a Day Nursery

Have at least 1 year experience of leading and supporting teams

Can inspire energise and support others

Has a genuine passion and excitement to work with children and helping others learn

Sound knowledge of the latest EYFS framework and regulations

A firm knowledge of Ofsted standards and requirements
