Our Client partners with growing dental practices providing the capital required to develop their clinics by providing clinic mentorship, HR, marketing, finance, and strategic business development services. Our client ensures the success of budding practices, and they are currently seeking a Financial Analyst to assume a pivotal role, as they expand their presence throughout Canada.
As a Senior Financial Analyst , your exceptional analytical skills will be key as you sift through vast datasets to extract valuable insights. Your ability to effectively communicate these findings will be crucial in presenting actionable recommendations. Your responsibilities will include developing insightful reports to aid the Operations team in understanding key trends and identifying opportunities for value creation. You will spearhead the advancement of our Business Intelligence (BI) environment, streamlining report generation and implementing a self-service model for Operations to access essential data effortlessly. Utilizing enhanced BI technology, you will ensure that our reporting meets the evolving needs of the business. Additionally, you will contribute to enhancing the business case process for new investments and collaborate closely with the Operations team to develop comprehensive budgets and forecasts for our expanding network of practices. Detail-oriented, proactive, and analytical, driven by experience in dynamic, rapidly growing entrepreneurial settings
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey insights/findings to stakeholders at all organizational levels
Highly organized with excellent time management capabilities, adept at multitasking and meeting deadlines
Experience working with ERP Systems, BI Tools/Cubes (asset)
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel modeling and analytical tools
Excellent PowerPoint skills for presentation and data visualization
Exceptional analytical capabilities, able to distill intricate matters into actionable insights
Bilingualism in English and French is an asset
