Job : The Public Health Nurse delivers a full range of community-based Public Health Services including pre and post-natal care, immunization, health counseling. You will also prepare and present information on various health issues/topics to individuals, families and groups.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor Degree in Nursing
Immunization Competencies Course
Registered or eligible for registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS)
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Ability to communicate with and maintain an effective working relationship with clients from diverse social, economic and cultural backgrounds
Ability to travel both within the region and provincially
Assessment skills
Communication skills
Interpersonal skills
Knowledge of community development
